By subscribing to Suites Beyond Suites LLC's MRR product collection, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to resell these products only while your subscription is active.
If your subscription is canceled or terminated, all resale rights are automatically revoked.
Continued use, resale, or distribution after cancellation is a violation and may result in legal action.
Immediate Access Revocation: Upon cancellation, all access to products, resources, and private communities will be immediately revoked, no exceptions.
No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, whether used or not.
Auto Billing: Payments are processed automatically. If a payment fails, access is suspended until resolved.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellation prior to the next billing date.
Suites Beyond Suites LLC makes no guarantees about your income, sales, or business success from reselling our MRR products. Outcomes depend entirely on your effort, skills, and market conditions.

You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting any materials before resale.
You agree to:

Manage Customer Support for your resold versions. We do not service end customers of licensees.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by Iowa courts.
